Secure online shopping
We use the PayPal system to ensure your payment information is processed securely and accurately; your card details are not visible to us, they remain confidential between you and PayPal’s Secure ePayments system. For more information see www.paypal.co.uk. Online security is very important to both us and you! You are welcome to visit our premises to try out the bikes and pay by card or cheque.
Warranties
Your goods are fully covered by manufacturers’ warranties: Gocycle bike frames have a lifetime guarantee and other parts (exlcuding tyres, tubes, brake pads, handle bar grips and cables) for 1 year. Powabyke offer a 5 year warranty on the frame and 1 year on Li‐ion batteries, motor drive and electrics. Wisper bike parts and batteries are guaranteed for 2 years, with Wisper bike frames guaranteed for 6 years – Download the Wisper warranty information for full details; E‐Max scooters have a 2 year warranty for parts, one year or 10,000km for the batteries. (excl. pads, tyres, wear and tear). Freeplay radios have a 2 year warranty, and torches have 1 year.
Delivery of power-assisted cycles
Within 50 miles of Swindon one of our technicians will deliver your e-bike fully assembled and tested; further afield overnight delivery costs £21.27 + VAT for the rest of mainland UK, and we can arrange for a technician to assemble your e-bike for a small fee – call us for more information.

Delivery of green gizmos
We charge £2.89 for First Class Royal Mail Delivery for radios and torches.
