Easter Weekend Canoe Race

Cycling gave way to following the Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race this Easter weekend.
125 Miles of gruelling paddling along the Kennet Avon Canal and River Thames. The top teams completed this in just over 15 hours which includes over 70 portages. Sadly the event was curtailed at Teddington Lock, 17 miles short of Westminster due to the Thames being in flood and safety concerns around this. All in all a great event and enjoyable weekend!
