Our team of trained e-bike technicians and e-bike enthusiasts can guide you through the many different e-bike styles and brands from our range. You can ‘try before you buy’ by booking a test ride. We’re genuinely passionate about electric cycling and are happy to talk you though the many advantages and options for e-bikes as you start e-cycling and to keep in touch as you get ‘further along the road’.

Appointment with a staff member. This means that you won’t have to wait around for long to see one of our experienced staff. You may not be sure what bike you need/want as there are so many options on the market these days that it can be a bit daunting/confusing. Don’t worry, we will take you by the hand and guide you through the basics to ensure you get a bike that’s suitable for your needs and pocket! Telephone or email to make an appointment.
Click and collect. Add the products you would like to the basket and then complete the online payment process. You will receive a confirmation email which will state a time from when your order can be collected. This is usually the same day for parts & accessories in stock, bikes in stock take longer as we may need to build and complete a pre-delivery inspection, and this could take up to 48 hours.
Click and Reserve. If you want a bike but are not 100% sure, we will reserve your choice for 7 days, which gives you the opportunity to come over and check /test ride in person to make sure that your decision is a wise one. A £250 returnable deposit is taken for this service. It gives you piece of mind knowing that your choice of bike will be there waiting for you and that your journey however long or short won’t be wasted. This option must be booked by phone or email.
Buy and deliver. If you live within 30 miles of Swindon we will deliver your new bike in person free of charge. (not applicable to second-hand bikes under £1000) Your bike will be delivered fully charged, tested and ready to ride. We will go through the necessary controlswith you, adjust the saddle height and handlebars and answer any further questions you may have so that you can start e-cycling with confidence.
If you buy in-store and live within 30 miles of Swindon, one of our trained e-bike technicians will deliver your bike to you – fully charged and fully tested – FREE-OF-CHARGE. We’ll go through the controls with you, and answer any questions you might have, so that you can start e-cycling with confidence.
With many years experience of bikes and electronics our fully-trained, certified Bosch, Shimano and Yamaha technicians, have the expertise to service, maintain and give advice on most electric bikes – whether you bought it from us or not!
Today’s electric bikes are commonly fitted with light-weight lithium batteries inside the bike frame or seat-post, or larger – up to 750 kWh – batteries on or inside the down-tube that can power-assist cyclists for 100+ miles per charge. Depending on the battery’s size, a full charge can be completed in 4–7 hours. If over time, your bike begins to perform less well e-Motion can source replacement batteries. Pop in to see us or give us a call and we can advise on the best way to power your bike.
In addition to our range of the top British and international e-bike brands, we also stock and fit retro-fit kits which allow you to electrify a favourite push bike. Nearly all standard bicycles can be converted by installing the right retro-fit kit – hub or centre motor, battery and control unit. Bring your standard push-bike to our Swindon shop and we’ll talk you though the options.
