Returns & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days after receiving the goods. This will then be subject to a full refund.
  • After 7 days returns can only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault. In the event of this happening, we reserve the right to decide on the best course of action, which could be repairing the bike (which will be done on site when possible), replace the bike or a partial or full refund.
  • It is the buyers responsibly to return the goods to us. We ask that you ensure the goods are in their original packaging and well packed for transport. Please get in touch with us if you’d like us to arrange a courier on your behalf.
  • You must be able to provide the original receipt.


  • Where possible delivery will be next working day on items in stock. We will be in touch with an estimated delivery time within a few hours of your order being placed and will notify you if it will take longer than 3 days.
  • Please contact us for additional postage charges for non-mainland areas such as the British Isles, Highlands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Europe.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

After receiving your package from our courier, please check the contents and notify us within 7 days if there has been an issue. We will then rectify the situation as soon as possible at no cost to you.
