Secure online shopping
We use the PayPal system to ensure your payment information is processed securely and accurately; your card details are not visible to us, they remain confidential between you and PayPal’s Secure ePayments system. For more information see www.paypal.co.uk. Online security is very important to both us and you! You are welcome to visit our premises to try out the bikes and pay by card or cheque.
Warranties
All our products are supplied with at least 12 months warranty from the date of purchase again manufacturers defects. Warranty periods do vary across our range with some major components (e.g bike frames) guaranteed for up to 6 years. Please check the warranty and guarantee details for each product.
Delivery
Within 50 miles of Swindon one of our technicians will deliver your e-bike fully assembled, tested and ready to ride. If you are further afield you purchase will be shipped via overnight delivery free of charge (some assembly may be required and we will inform you of this prior).
