E-Motion Electric Vehicle Company are passionate about electric motoring – electric motoring is good for the enviroment and saves money! We stock a quality range of electric bicycles and scooters so that you can make an informed choice about what’s right for you. You’re very welcome to come for a free, no-obligation test ride (we’re open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm). We’re also on-hand to answer any queries you might have.

There are a lot of web only suppliers who sell un-assembled bikes to customers – we are different – When you buy from us you get an instructor for free!*

E-Motion delivers e-bikes in person within a 50 mile radius of Swindon (that includes Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Salisbury, Reading and Oxford) our technicians will assemble the bike, test it to ensure that it’s in perfect working order when it reaches you, give you instructions and tips, and try to answer any questions you might have. We want you to enjoy glitch free e-cycling and offer this service locally completely FREE of CHARGE!

* If you live more than 50 miles from Swindon we can arrange for a technician to assemble your e-bike but there will be a small extra charge.

After sales

We’re always on-hand should you have any technical queries after you have bought your electric bike or scooter. We’re keen to build relationships with our customers – the electric vehicle owners community is still quite small – so feel free to get in touch to let us know how you’re getting on with your bike. You can do this by email or if you wish to share your views with everyone please use our blog.

Service

Your electric bike or scooter will need regular maintenance to keep it in tip top condition and to maintain it’s manufacturers warranty. Our own technicians can carry out this work at our facility in Blunsdon just north of Swindon. We understand that a professional speedy repair is very important to you.

Warranty

All e-bikes and scooters are covered by their own manufacturers’ warranties. Where possible this work will be carried out by qualified technicians at our Blunsdon facility near Swindon.
